Aug. 28, 2015 Saratoga Springs, UT – The Westlake Thunder hosted the Wasatch Wasps and had a relatively easy game. The Thunder were scoring touchdowns but the Wasps had to settle for field goals. Westlake picked up the 38-9 win.
It was a good night for the Westlake passing game as quarterback Saia Taufatofua threw for three touchdowns including a 45-yard reception by Jed Killian. Defense also scored on a interception, which Gabe Summers ran 40 yard for the score.
Even though Wasatch lost this one, they can feel confident in their kicker Skyler Southam. Skyler made it through the uprights from 33, 25, and 46 yards.
