February 10, 2018 Salem, OR – The Chemeketa Storm have worked hard this season and now sit in the middle of the NWAC South Region and played host to the Lane Titans. The Titans are in the top three of the NWAC South Region and entered the game on a two game winning streak as they faced the Storm.
The first quarter was well played by both teams. As the end of the second quarter began, Chemeketa and Lane were tied at 21.
The action from the first quarter spilled over into the second and going into the half the Storm were up by one over the Titans 44-43.
The second half was controlled by Lane. Chemeketa struggled in all areas and were outscored in the third quarter by the Titans 26-11 and outscored in the fourth quarter 29-15.
Lane picked up the 98-70 win over Chemeketa and increased their winning streak to three.
