July 7, 2016 Boise, Idaho – On opening day of the 2016 Summer Classic baseball tournament the Mid-Valley Rockets defeated the Pocatello Runnin Rebels 11-5.
This tournament is comprised of 18 teams from four states: Idaho, Washington, Nevada and Oregon and is played at three different high schools over a period of four days.
