The Waldport Irish took the court for their home match-up against the Myrtle Point Bobcats with an OSAA ranking of 39. They took the first set 25-20 and played strong in the second set and won it 25-23.
The third set was a different story.
The OSAA 25th ranked Bobcats took the next three sets, 25-16, 25-19, 15-11 and picked up the win 3-2.
Waldport is now 3-13 overall and 2-9 in league play.
Myrtle Point is now 13-7 overall and 5-6 in league play.
