Oct. 19, 2016 Salem, OR – The Chemeketa Storm spent most of their home game against the SWOCC Lakers on offense. But, it took 48 minutes for the Storm to get their first score. The Lakers’ keeper was busy and ended the game with 20 saves but it wasn’t enough as Chemeketa picks up the 3-0 win.
The Storm have clinched a playoff birth with a 9-2-1 conference record and are one of the top overall teams.
SWOCC remains at the bottom of the standings and has yet to win a game with a 0-11 conference record.
