August 5, 2017 Salem, OR – The Oregon National Guard Hoopla is a premier 3-on-3 basketball tournament and it is believed to be the 2nd largest event of its kind in the United States. The 19th edition of Hoopla is held August 5th & 6th. Approximately 1,000 teams and 4,000 participants are anticipated. Go HERE for more info.
